PAUL HENMAN is Senior Lecturer in Social Policy at the University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia. He holds degrees in Computer Science, Mathematics and Sociology. His research focuses on the nexus between information technologies, public administration and government policy processes. His previous book wasAdministering Welfare Reform: International Transformations in Welfare Governance (edited with Menno Fenger).
