'Church Labour Law. Regulations on Loyalty Obligations and Employee representation and their Consequences in the State Legal System' How does church labour law affect employment relationships? This paper examines the scope of church labour law and in particular the relationship between church law and state law in terms of legal history and constitutional law. Canon law does not apply directly to the employment relationship, but only acts through the state law; this is just the instrument for the realisation of church self-determination.
