In today's fast paced economy infused with intense competition, technological advancements and demographic shifts, the role of education has become paramount in imparting workplace skills and knowledge requirements. Education system has to adapt to the changing trends and requirements of the industry in order to imbibe skills and abilities in an individual so that will meet the competence requirements of the organizations. Service sector which is highly dependent on human capital requires skilled workforce for the growth and development of organization Tourism industry is one of the service sectors and also called as people industry which depends on quality and skilled workforce for the growth and development of tourism sector.
