The Conference on Disarmament submits to the sixty-sixth session of the United Nations General Assembly its annual report on its 2011 session, together with the pertinent documents and records. The Conference was in session from 24 January to 1 April, 16 May to 1 July and 2 August to 16 September 2011. During this period, the Conference held 45 formal plenary meetings, 10 informal plenary meetings on its agenda items, programme of work, organization and procedures, as well as on other matters.
