"On the Wind Rits," a poetic epic of its Lebanese poet Fawzi Al -Maalouf, containing fourteen poems, carrying the spirit of nostalgia to the homeland, and revealing the imagination of the poet, his dreams and aspirations, glorifying the status of poetry and poets, and makes the poem a bright planet guided by all the longing. Maalouf depicts his suffering in the distance from his homeland, and expresses the harshness of life, and the hardship of living in the land of the Diaspora, describing the running towards the ways of life as if it was running for horses in Al -Khadab, which is a path of an accelerated enemy that has been devoted to it. "On the Wind Rits" is one of the most important modern poetic epics, which received high attention and appreciation from the great writers of writers, despite Omar Al -Shaer, who had not exceeded thirty years at the time. It was translated into several different languages, witnessed its craftsmanship, and the mastery of the word systems in it many writers and poets, led by the Dean of Arabic Literature, Taha Hussein.
