Beschreibung
"Childhood" is the third part of the autobiographical cycle "My Struggle" by the classic of modern Norwegian literature Karl Uwe Knausgaard. The writer refers to his early memories, often fragmentary, but always vivid and emotionally rich, reflecting the witticisms and experiences of a child when faced with the world around him. From a distance of past years, he observes how he learned to be aware of himself as a person. Moving to Trumeya Island, elementary school, street games, the first offense, the first loss ... "Childhood" is an emotionally colored reflection on growing up, presented in the form of almost tangible pictures that come to life in the author's memory.
