Beschreibung
The artist's book includes the entire series of works "Office Works" / "Büroarbeiten", which Karin Sander began in New York in 1990 and continues to the present day. This compendium of works on paper presents materials from the office and everyday life in chronological arrangement. "Where would I be if I couldn't organize my thoughts with a staple every now and then?", says Karin Sander about her sheets. In a poetic and humorous way, she shows us the beauty and magic of everyday life. The book contains over 1600 illustrations, about 300 of them in original size on 680 pages. An essay by John Waters and an interview by director Nicole Fritz and Karin Sander accompany this comprehensive and pictorial series of works. The concept of the book was developed in collaboration with Andreas Uebele. The limited print run of 300 copies is signed and numbered.
