Holger Kadgiehn works at the Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences as a lecturer for special tasks (Lehrkraft für besondere Aufgaben). He is a staff member at the Institute for Logistics Management Salzgitter. Main teaching areas are: Corporate Management, Marketing and Accounting. He has gained his professional experience in the management of industrial and trading companies and as a freelance management consultant. Here he has repeatedly come into contact with risk management. The main focus of his consulting activities is related to business development projects for industrial and commercial companies. He is director at the 'Institute for Logistics Management Salzgitter' and is responsible for all courses of study in which transportation and logistics are studied at this location. He gained his professional experience in the entire transport sector, i.e. in both passenger and freight transport. Since 2008 he has been teaching the subject of risk management continuously.
