Beschreibung

Wissenschaftlicher Aufsatz aus dem Jahr 2003 im Fachbereich Psychologie - Sozialpsychologie, Note: keine, , Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In this very short essay the author, as a scholar of the sociology of art as well as a literary sociologist himself, discusses (i) the basic concept of the comunication process according to literacy in general and the novel as an authentic literary art form especially, and (ii) sketches the very concept: author, book, and reader, to Harold Nebelzals well-known novel: Café Berlin (first edition 1992). According to this aesthetic piece Richard Albrecht works out two dimensions which are of general interest for any sociology of literature: images of men, and images of society. Moreover, the author in his outlook reminds on a specific function of creative authors opening up societal insight views under widened aspects of any sociology of kowlegde when discussing Café Berlin as a literary piece by applying both interpretative and creative methods of sociological impressionism on a genuine documentary basis.
