'The Application of European Competition Law to Sport' EU competition law has always been of great importance to the economic activities in the sport sector. The work deals with the tension between the regulation of sport and the requirements of competition law and analyses the sports-related meaning of Art. 101 and 102 TFEU.

Stefan Horn studierte Rechtswissenschaften an der Bucerius Law School in Hamburg und an der Brooklyn Law School, USA. Das Referendariat absolvierte er am Hanseatischen Oberlandesgericht mit Stationen u.a. in internationalen Wirtschaftskanzleien in Hamburg und Brüssel. Er arbeitet als Rechtsanwalt in Hamburg im Bereich Kartellrecht.
