The presentation focuses on the prerequisites for trial and judicial decision-making, the suit and subject matter of dispute, evidential proceedings, judgement, appeal and finality of decision, conclusion of trial without judgment and procedural costs. Additional issues in civil procedure that come up in the first law examination can be successfully mastered, as well as the major course in civil procedural law.
