Tim Meyer is professor for Sports and Preventive Medicine at the Saarland University. Since 2001, he has accompanied the German National Team as medical doctor. Meyer's main competencies range from the treatment of sports medical problems in competitive sports to anti-doping management and modern performance diagnostics in football. His research findings are used by sports physicians worldwide.Oliver Faude is head of research at the section Exercise and Movement Science at the Department of Sport, Exercise and Health of the University of Basel. For many years, he conducted performance diagnostics with the German Football Association and several German professional teams. His research focuses on exercise physiology, football science as well as recovery in sports.Karen aus der Fünten studied medicine (specialty orthopedics) and chiropractic and works at the Institute of Sports and Preventive Medicine at Saarland University. She has served as a tournament/team doctor for various organisations and sports clubs e.g., the Womens' Bundesliga team 1. FC Saarbrücken and the German Womens' U17 National Football Team.
