Autorenportrait

Stephen T. Schroth is Professor of Early Childhood Education and Graduate Programs Director at Towson University, USA. He is the author of multiple monographs, book chapters, and articles, and has taught pre-service teachers and graduate students for twenty years.  Jason A. Helfer is Deputy Superintendent of Teacher and Leader Effectiveness for the Illinois State Board of Education. After serving as a classroom teacher in Illinois and in Texas, he worked for over a decade in higher education, serving in a variety of roles as a faculty member and administrator.
