Beschreibung
This is an autobiographical book about growing up, becoming a person in an atmosphere that combines the mores of the upper class and the bohemians of the underworld of London after the second world war. The strength of the "leftist" ideology, contemporary art and experimental rock music paved the way for the author's radical break with the past. The end of the sixties was marked for the author by a long search for creative realization and financial independence. More on this in the sequel, The Life, Art, and Freddie Mercury: 1968-1970.
